UW Mentorship: Dr. Yan Ling Liang

Through the CAOS Mentorship Program, we had the pleasure of meeting and connecting with Dr. Liang who owns Warden Optometry located in Markham, ON. Dr. Liang offers a wide variety of optometric services ranging from primary care to contact lens fitting to myopic control. Warden Optometry also provides vision therapy and has optical services.

Dr. Liang kindly let us shadow one of her appointments and gave us a tour of her clinic. We had the opportunity to learn more about Dr. Liang’s journey of starting her own business after graduating. She was happy to answer all of our questions about starting our own business when we graduate and provided a lot of insight and advice on how to do so, including how to market your business.
